About us

Good, fresh produce from our lakes, rivers, forests and gardens. They all meet on our plate.

We bring ideas from world cuisine together with seasonal local produce, creating stories out of combinations of flavours and techniques. TERRA stands for this land: the fields and the soil where the food for our table grows, and the berries that become our wines and other drinks. Traditions and knowledge handed down from generation to generation carry us forward. We want to offer a memorable experience of taste.
