At the heart of the Chef’s Table evenings is Karl Pajussaar’s signature — seasonal produce, a strong classical foundation and flavours that form a whole. The menu changes with the seasons and is created for each evening, starting from what is best and most right at the time. Alongside the food you can choose a wine pairing composed to support the menu as a whole. Here the wines are not a side note but part of the rhythm and experience of the evening.

The Era Villa experience
The Chef’s Table takes place in the historic rooms of Era Villa in Tartu. The atmosphere of the house, the privacy and the calm pace are an essential part of the evening. Dinners take place on selected dates by pre-booking only. The minimum notice is 72 hours and the group size is 4–16 guests. The menu can be adapted for allergies and intolerances notified in advance.
